We thus became pioneers in the provision of micro-greens, micro-shoots, herbs, tops, and leaves and owers of all kinds.
Without realising it, we had become specialists in gourmet horticulture. We started to grow vegetables designed for gourmet cuisine, motivated by the same desire as many chefs to improve and enhance the quality of the cuisine by developing new concepts. We feel fortunate to be able to work with passionate enthusiasm, constantly improving thanks to the support and suggestions of our many customers, especially those who are professional chefs.
